About the role

United IT Solutions is seeking energetic TeleSales Representatives to work evening and night shifts. The position is open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are fluent in English and enjoy engaging customers over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers during assigned evening/night shifts.
• Present products or services clearly and persuasively to generate sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings, sales techniques, and market trends.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Record interactions and update customer information in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to refine sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions to improve tele‑sales skills and product knowledge.
