Telesales Representative (International Calling)

About the role

IPS Pakistan is looking for confident, motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join its team for international calling. The position is based in Lahore and works on a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential international clients through calls, emails and text messages.
• Understand client needs and clearly explain the company's services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
• Follow up with leads, handle objections, negotiate offers and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.

Required profile

• O/A Levels education.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
