Telesales Representative (Lahore)

About the role

Ilaan, a fast‑growing real‑estate technology platform in Pakistan, is looking for an energetic Telesales Representative to join its Lahore team. The role focuses on contacting potential customers, presenting the company’s products and services, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain Ilaan’s real‑estate products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Confidence handling customer interactions over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome; prior telesales or call‑center experience is an advantage.
