Telesales Representative - Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

About the role

A confidential client in Lahore is hiring a Telesales Representative focused on lead generation and customer engagement. The role involves generating leads, pitching to potential customers, handling objections and managing orders with CRM and order management software. It is a target-driven position within a sales team, without team management, and requires fluent English and Urdu.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls and digital platforms, capturing and tracking them in the CRM
• Deliver clear, persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs and product features
• Handle customer objections professionally and advance the sales process
• Manage orders and customer records using software such as Odoo or similar order management systems
• Follow up on leads consistently to qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
• Use social media and WhatsApp Business to respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and order status
• Build product knowledge to recommend products and negotiate deals while keeping customers satisfied
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and coordinate workflows

Required profile

• At least two years of telesales or customer sales experience
• Fluent English and Urdu, with strong business communication skills
• Comfortable using social media and software tools to manage customer interactions
• Confident and professional under pressure, able to multitask and work well in a team

Required skills

• MS Word and MS Excel
• CRM platforms, preferably real estate CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho
• Order management software such as Odoo or similar
