Telesales Representative – On‑site in Faisalabad

About the role

Hajumrah.uk is seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join its team in Faisalabad. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to the company’s spiritual travel services and guiding them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Present and explain the range of spiritual travel packages offered by the company.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide exceptional post‑sale support and address any customer concerns.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
