Telesales Representative – Property Listing Acquisition

About the role

RHK Properties, a Dubai‑based real estate brokerage, is looking for a Telesales Representative to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on outbound calling to property owners, identifying genuine sellers or renters, and passing qualified leads to agents in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls using provided data, scripts and CRM.
• Identify owners who truly intend to sell or rent their property.
• Capture accurate property details (location, type, size, price expectations).
• Qualify leads and log every interaction in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads until they list or decline.
• Hand over qualified leads promptly to Dubai‑based agents.
• Maintain honesty and accuracy when marking leads as qualified.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, telecalling, outbound calling or lead generation.
• Real‑estate experience is a strong advantage.
• Clear, confident and professional spoken English.
• Comfortable with high call volume and frequent rejection.
• Resilient, persistent and target‑driven.
• Accurate data logging and good CRM/dialer usage.
• Full‑time availability onsite in Lahore and ability to work aligned with Dubai hours.

What we offer

• Base salary up to PKR 70,000 per month.
• Commission up to AED 500 per successful lead cycle, paid in stages.
• Training, scripts and ongoing support from the Sales Manager.
