Territory Manager – Foundation Medicine

About the role

Roche is seeking a Territory Manager for Foundation Medicine to lead the launch and growth of comprehensive genomic profiling in Pakistan's Central and North regions. This permanent position is based in Lahore and reports to the Business Manager for FMI.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑level partnerships with oncologists, pathologists and tumor boards, acting as the trusted face of Foundation Medicine.
• Champion scientific adoption of FMI’s genomic testing portfolio and influence personalized healthcare pathways.
• Manage regional commercial targets through data‑driven territory planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the Business Manager to develop regional business blueprints and map long‑term institutional accounts.
• Streamline genomic testing workflows across hospital ecosystems, from sample to report.
• Educate clinicians on the value of comprehensive genomic profiling and lead scientific roundtables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacy or related life‑science discipline; MBA or commercial qualification valued.
• 3‑5 years of commercial or territory management experience in pharma or diagnostics within Pakistan.
• Strong background in oncology or molecular diagnostics/genomics.
• Established network among regional oncologists and willingness to travel extensively.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and negotiation skills.
