Territory Manager - Lahore

About the role

Unilever is hiring a Territory Manager for Lahore, a full-time, local role reporting to the Geography Sales Manager Lahore. The Territory Manager acts as a front-line leader who manages distributors and trade for the designated territory, ensuring effective and efficient distribution and delivery of sales targets. The function is customer development.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the business toward its volume and sales growth ambition and lift competitive visibility in stores.
• Coordinate operational plans and executions with distributors and customers, and negotiate joint business plans.
• Plan and manage eRTM and build optimized routes for DSRs, and support the territory's digital transformation strategy.
• Use financial acumen to assess business profitability and gross margin.
• Lead and develop an extended team, and hold the business accountable for its KPIs.
• Redefine processes after execution analysis with strong analytical skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen, communication and negotiation skills.
• Active presence on the street and in the market, with strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Inclusive leadership style, able to coach and motivate a team while taking personal accountability for results.
