Territory Manager – Pakistan

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead sales and trade marketing activities across a designated region in Pakistan. You will be responsible for executing business plans, driving market share, and ensuring product availability while building strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Achieve sales, market‑share and availability targets for assigned brands.
• Conduct trade‑marketing visits, monitor brand performance in outlets, and ensure compliance with the Distribution Manual.
• Maintain positive relationships with trade members, key outlets, and local trade unions to gather market insights.
• Collaborate with distributors to improve processes and drive business growth.
• Mentor and support junior team members such as Sales Promoters and Field Sales Officers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution and sales, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in trade marketing and account management.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑engagement abilities.
