Territory Sales Executive

About the role

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving brand and SKU performance across the assigned region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong distribution networks, and delivering market intelligence to stay ahead of competition. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure product penetration and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets by town, brand and SKU.
• Manage distribution setup and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and implement field sales plans for the assigned territory.
• Communicate and execute trade programmes in the market.
• Ensure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and provide market intelligence to counter competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adapt strategies and counter competition.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory levels.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the sales team and leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
