Territory Sales Executive – Karachi (FMCG)

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Territory Sales Executive to lead primary and secondary sales for our FMCG portfolio in Karachi and the South region of Pakistan. You will be the face of our brands on the ground, ensuring product visibility, availability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Execute daily outlet coverage plans and maximise retail productivity.
• Maintain 100% range availability of all Hayat Kimya products across active outlets.
• Drive coverage expansion initiatives in line with annual objectives.
• Manage promotional budgets effectively through distributors and field teams.
• Coach distributors and their sales teams, providing in‑market training.
• Conduct market visits, monitor execution and deliver actionable feedback.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with trade partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–6 years of sales and distribution experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a multinational.
• Proven leadership ability in distributor‑led sales models.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics in Pakistan’s South region.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
