About the role
Hayat, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to manage its North region portfolio in Kohat. The role focuses on driving primary and secondary sales, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring optimal market execution for a wide range of consumer brands.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly volume and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
- Ensure daily planned outlet coverage and maximize retail productivity.
- Maintain 100 % range availability of Hayat Kimya products across all active outlets.
- Lead coverage expansion initiatives in line with annual objectives.
- Manage promotional budgets effectively through distributors and field force.
- Coach distributors and their sales teams, providing regular in‑market training.
- Conduct market visits, monitor execution, and deliver actionable feedback.
- Foster strong, long‑term relationships with trade partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–6 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience.
- Residency in Kohat or nearby areas preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and distributor‑led sales models.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
