Territory Sales Executive – Rawalpindi

About the role

Hayat is seeking a Territory Sales Executive for the Local Modern Trade (LMT) channel in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding product availability and ensuring strong in‑store execution across local chain stores and superstores.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly volume, listing and distribution targets for assigned LMT outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers and category managers.
• Drive new product listings and ensure full‑range availability across all active outlets.
• Ensure planogram compliance, shelf share and visibility in line with brand standards.
• Execute trade promotions and in‑store activities while managing the promotional budget.
• Coordinate with the distributor on order booking, stock availability, deliveries and claims.
• Monitor secondary sales, stock levels and receivables for assigned stores.
• Guide merchandisers to ensure consistent in‑store execution and report market performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Modern Trade or Local Modern Trade.
• Existing relationships with LMT outlets in Rawalpindi/Islamabad preferred.
• Good understanding of distributor operations, trade promotions and in‑store execution.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with field sales technology platforms.
