About the role
Join METRO, a leading international food wholesaler, as a Territory Sales Manager focusing on the HoReCa segment. You will drive sales growth, develop strategic plans, and build strong customer relationships in the Karachi market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the defined HoReCa segments.
- Identify new opportunities, acquire new customers, and generate consistent sales and margin through market visits.
- Analyze customer data and sales history before each visit to set clear sales objectives.
- Manage the customer portfolio, including credit, commitments, and feedback, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (procurement, operations) to create customized solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or intermediate qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in food wholesale or HoReCa.
