Territory Sales Manager – Quetta

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to lead the future of snacking as a Territory Sales Manager in Quetta. You will lead a field sales representative team, ensuring the delivery of the sales strategy, achievement of annual KPIs and targets for your area, and close collaboration with cross‑functional colleagues on activation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the sales team, coordinating training delivery with the sales capability team.
• Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and provide required reporting.
• Build and maintain winning customer relationships to enable best‑in‑industry execution of Mondelēz categories.
• Collaborate with account, category, activation, sales capability and customer finance stakeholders to optimise returns across the territory.
• Coach the team on category insights and tools to influence customers and grow the business.

Required profile

• Knowledge of market and routes‑to‑market in which Mondelēz operates.
• 2‑3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and networking skills.
• Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
• Attention to detail and perseverance.
