Territory Sales Officer – Chishtian

About the role

Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Territory Sales Officer to manage pesticide and agricultural product sales in the Chistian region of Punjab, Pakistan. The role focuses on building strong dealer relationships, driving demand at the farmer level, and achieving field KPIs and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with dealers to strengthen market position.
• Assess territory potential and dealer network to support market expansion.
• Conduct regular field activities, on‑farm presentations and field days to generate farmer demand.
• Review rolling forecasts with the Regional Manager and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure optimal shelf visibility and product availability through effective merchandising.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Experience delivering on‑farm presentations and field days.
• Ability to conduct market surveys and analyze results.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree; age between 24 and 35 years.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for planning and analysis.
