Territory Sales Officer

About the role

The Territory Sales Officer will promote the Mehfooz application to businesses across the assigned area, driving trial sign‑ups and converting them into paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors and other businesses within the assigned territory.
• Identify potential customers for the Mehfooz application and conduct live product demonstrations.
• Generate qualified leads, encourage trial sign‑ups and follow up to convert them into paid subscribers.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer‑acquisition targets while maintaining organized records of leads and conversions.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements, objections and competitor information to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in field sales, software/POS sales, fintech, telecom, FMCG or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently in an assigned territory and able to maintain regular follow‑ups with potential customers.

Required skills

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in meeting shop owners and business decision‑makers directly.
• Strong interest in field sales and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to explain software or technology in simple, easy‑to‑understand language.
• Basic understanding of smartphones, mobile applications and digital business tools.
