Territory Sales Supervisor

About the role

JazzWorld is hiring a Territory Sales Supervisor (Grade L1) in Talagang, Punjab. The TSS team is part of the Regional Operating model led by the Regional Business Head and reports to the Area Sales Manager, who leads a team of two to three TSSs. The role works with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and drive growth in JazzCash and Postpaid sales, as well as franchise and retail business development.

Key responsibilities

• Learn Jazz's values, business, products, the Regional Operating Model and market dynamics.
• Visit the market daily to carry out spot checks and retail audits on stock availability.
• Manage one franchise (sometimes two, depending on potential and geography), following up daily and keeping the Area Manager informed.
• Build relationships with franchise owners and retailers, and develop the retail and distribution network.
• Focus on enablers, BVS activation, EVC (agent-to-agent service), market float management, DO service levels, recharges (Jazz Load and scratch cards) and keeping non-performing and low-balance retailers below 5%.
• Drive KPIs such as recharges, gross ads (pre- and postpaid), JazzCash (direct recharge, cash-in and M-wallet), mobile broadband devices, active retail base and handset, Wi-Fi device and remittance sales.
• Plan BTL activities with retailers, optimise trade marketing, expand channel footprint and improve JazzCash and voice KPIs.
• Ensure territory integrity and infringement control, and motivate franchise and retail stakeholders on the profitability model.

Required profile

• Experience of delivering challenging projects with end-to-end ownership, from planning to rollout and feedback.
• Able to work both independently and under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel penetration.
• Ability to meet monthly KPI targets such as JazzCash wallet activation, prepaid and postpaid sales, remittances, cash-in and MNP.
• Relevant experience in sales management and channel development.
