TikTok Automation Specialist

About the role

A remote, full-time TikTok Automation Specialist is needed to manage and grow monetized TikTok accounts targeting UK and US audiences. The role sits in Digital Marketing and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Research trending and viral content within assigned niches.
• Create, edit and publish TikTok videos consistently.
• Manage multiple monetized TikTok accounts.
• Optimize content for views, engagement and follower growth.
• Use automation and scheduling tools to streamline content management.
• Monitor account analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure all content complies with TikTok community and monetization guidelines.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 2-3 TikTok accounts with a revenue-generating track record, preferably UK or US-based.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms and growth strategies.
• Ability to spot viral content opportunities and replicate successful formats.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Video editing tools such as CapCut or Canva.
• Preferred: experience with faceless content and TikTok automation models, familiarity with AI content creation and scheduling tools, and a track record of scaling TikTok accounts.
