TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

Join TalentPop as a TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant and help shape the brand’s presence on the platform. You’ll support influencer campaigns, manage content calendars, and engage with creators in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach to potential influencers.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations for each collaboration.
• Measure and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok culture and creator ecosystem.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
