TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, and customer engagement in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Manage the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and evaluate potential influencers for collaborations.
• Handle outreach via DMs or email, maintain communication logs, and coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content pipelines, and influencer relationships.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
