About the role
We are seeking a skilled TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant to support our white‑label e‑commerce operations. The role focuses on managing the TikTok Shop platform, ensuring smooth order processing and effective account handling.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the order flow on TikTok Shop, from receipt to fulfillment.
- Manage day‑to‑day account activities, including product listings and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to orders or account settings.
