Tour Consultant

About the role

Flair Travel & Holidays is seeking a motivated Tour Consultant to join its Islamabad office. In this full‑time position you will design and sell customized travel itineraries for both leisure and corporate clients, ensuring every journey is meticulously planned and executed.

Key responsibilities

• Create and sell tailored domestic and international tour packages, including accommodations, transportation and ancillary services.
• Advise clients on destinations, travel requirements, visa procedures and insurance options.
• Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate bookings with hotels, airlines, guides and other suppliers.
• Provide pre‑departure information and support clients during travel, handling changes or issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records, follow company procedures and assist with promotional and group travel activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of travel and tourism products, destinations and industry practices.
• Experience in organizing guided tours and managing logistics.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Relevant education in travel, tourism, hospitality or business is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
• Experience using online booking tools.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
