Tour Consultant

About the role

Flair (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a passionate Tour Consultant to design and deliver memorable travel experiences for clients. The role involves creating customized itineraries, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring smooth tour execution from booking to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other travel partners.
• Manage end‑to‑end tour operations, including bookings, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates while maintaining service quality.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and maximize sales through upselling travel services.
• Prepare operational, booking, and revenue reports.
• Ensure smooth tour execution while complying with company standards and tourism regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (graduation) required.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong itinerary planning, negotiation, and coordination capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with travel reservation systems.
