Track Implementation Consultant

About the role

As a Track Implementation Consultant you will act as the trusted advisor for customers, guiding them from the first introduction through project delivery and beyond. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring the platform is fully adopted and delivers maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging product demos and conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges.
• Assist Account Executives in creating tailored proposals and collaborate with the Product Team to refine offerings.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and training sessions, track usage, and proactively remove roadblocks.
• Own key customer interactions such as kick‑offs, launches, and close‑outs, aligning internal teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain high responsiveness, develop scalable best practices, and use data to refine engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in solution consulting, pre‑sales, customer success, project management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong proficiency in English and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Required skills

• Familiarity with construction industry processes and SaaS concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
