Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

The Trade Marketing Executive will drive trade and shopper marketing initiatives across priority retail channels. You will be responsible for implementing the Trade Star Program, generating competitive insights, and ensuring data hygiene to support effective category planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing plans for priority retail channels.
• Implement the Trade Star Program and monitor its key performance indicators, including OSA, SOS compliance, and out‑of‑stock tracking.
• Lead competition insight gathering and translate findings into activation strategies.
• Create and roll out category plans, including new product launches, across assigned channels.
• Oversee channel tagging and data cleansing to improve data quality.
• Plan and execute trade‑level rollouts, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Maintain logs and records for all trade material received in the region.
• Deploy merchandising solutions for contracted outlets.

Required profile

• BBA, MBA, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales or trade marketing.
