About the role

Zen is launching a wellness project in Lahore and seeks motivated individuals to join as Trainee Massage Therapists. The role offers structured training on Zen’s service standards while allowing you to develop practical massage therapy skills in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of safe, hygienic, and client‑focused wellness services.
• Attend training sessions and learn Zen‑approved massage techniques and procedures.
• Provide professional massage services tailored to client needs and established standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, privacy, and proper preparation of treatment areas.
• Communicate courteously with clients, understand their comfort requirements, and respond professionally to feedback.
• Follow workplace policies, health and safety practices, and responsible service guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Strong interest in massage therapy, wellness, and client care.
• Willingness to complete training and learn standardized massage techniques.
• Good interpersonal communication, active listening, and courteous service approach.
• Ability to maintain client privacy, professional boundaries, hygiene, and confidentiality.
• Reliability, punctuality, respectfulness, and comfort working as part of a team.
• Ability to understand client comfort needs and adapt service delivery under supervision.
