About the role
Jaffer Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join its Pesticides Sales team in Gujranwala. This entry‑level position is ideal for agriculture graduates with up to six months of experience who want hands‑on field exposure in the agricultural sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Assist in market expansion and demand generation at the farmer level.
- Support field activities, including product demonstrations and farm visits.
- Help track product visibility and shelf availability.
- Participate in market surveys and sales reporting.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and agricultural products.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for planning.
