Training and Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Training & Development Specialist to join our Islamabad team. The role focuses on analysing training needs, designing and delivering programs, and supporting the professional growth of employees, especially in sales and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps for sales and real estate teams.
• Design and deliver training programs covering sales techniques, real‑estate knowledge, customer handling and professional development.
• Create and update training materials, presentations and manuals tailored to business needs.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, coaching sessions and onboarding programs for employees at various levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance tracking and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads and sales managers to align training with business goals.
• Maintain training records, reports and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of professional training experience, preferably in real‑estate or sales training.
• Strong knowledge of TNA, instructional design and training methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to measure and analyse training effectiveness and ROI.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
