Training & Development Executive – AI Enablement

About the role

We are seeking a Business graduate passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Learning & Development to join our Training & Development team. The role will coordinate AI training programs, develop learning content, track participation, and support AI adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate organization‑wide AI and Generative AI training programs, including calendars, nominations, schedules and communications.
• Support the creation of AI learning materials, guides, case studies and practical exercises for non‑technical employees.
• Manage virtual, physical and hybrid learning sessions, track attendance, completions, assessments and certifications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AI learning dashboards, analyse participation data and highlight learning gaps.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, trainers and employees to ensure smooth execution of AI learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Fresh Business graduate (BBA, Management, HR, Commerce, Economics or related field).
• Strong interest in AI and Generative AI with basic understanding of AI tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude.
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
• Experience with LMS/HR systems is a plus.
