Training Executive – Employee Learning & Development

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a proactive Training Executive to lead employee learning, skill development, and performance improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating, delivering, and evaluating training programs that boost knowledge, productivity, and professional growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs based on departmental needs.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and other learning resources.
• Monitor employee progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement development plans.
• Support coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning activities.
• Ensure training programs align with company goals, policies, and performance standards.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for management regarding training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training, learning and development, or employee coaching.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate individuals with different learning styles.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
