Transport Operations Supervisor – Walk‑in Interviews

About the role

The Transport Operations Supervisor will manage daily pick‑and‑drop services, coordinating drivers, vehicles and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily pick‑and‑drop operations according to client locations, timings and operational requirements.
• Prepare efficient routes for multiple vehicles and allocate the right vehicles and drivers.
• Maintain daily vehicle and driver rosters, covering all assignments.
• Oversee day and night operations, including late‑night pickups, early‑morning drops and urgent requests.
• Handle last‑minute changes, driver absences, vehicle breakdowns and arrange replacements independently.
• Monitor operations continuously and take immediate action when issues arise.
• Maintain complete records of vehicles, drivers, routes, trips and daily activities.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well‑maintained and operationally ready, and resolve operational complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Islamabad & Rawalpindi roads, routes, sectors and local areas.
• 2–3+ years of experience in transport operations, fleet management or pick‑and‑drop services.
• Proven experience in route planning and vehicle alignment.
• Ability to independently manage a large number of vehicles, drivers and daily trips.
• Good command of MS Excel and operational record keeping.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills; able to work under pressure and handle day/night operations.
