Travel Consultant

About the role

Ghoomana is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its hybrid team in Islamabad. You will work closely with clients to design personalized travel experiences, manage bookings, and ensure a high level of service before, during, and after trips.

Key responsibilities

• Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and destination highlights.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, and accommodation bookings using online platforms.
• Coordinate group tours and support travelers throughout their journeys.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and sustainable tourism.
• Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in travel consulting and travel management processes.
• Experience organizing travel arrangements and managing reservations.
• Familiarity with travel software and online booking platforms (a plus).
