Travel Consultant

About the role

Prince Global Education Consultants is seeking a full‑time Travel Consultant to join its team in Matta Tehsil. You will guide clients through travel options, create tailored itineraries and ensure smooth execution of their journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on routes, destinations and travel packages based on preferences and budgets.
• Plan, organize and manage complete travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation.
• Process reservations accurately and maintain up‑to‑date booking records.
• Provide responsive customer service, handling inquiries, changes and travel‑related issues.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, documentation requirements and industry updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong background in travel consulting, travel management or related customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in relevant local and/or international languages.
• Ability to work on‑site in Matta Tehsil and interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Prior experience in tourism or related certifications is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with booking systems or reservation platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic computer skills, including email and online research.
