Travel Sales Executive – Karachi

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive to join a leading travel agency in Karachi. The role is full‑time, office‑based and focuses on generating new business, promoting travel packages and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and travel itineraries for clients.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline promotions and industry developments.
• Handle customer concerns and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
