Treasury Lead

About the role

The Treasury Lead will oversee the company's treasury operations at the Karachi Head Office, ensuring effective cash liquidity, banking relationships, trade finance activities, and financial risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and maintain short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage intercompany and external funding arrangements, ensuring optimal liquidity for business operations.
• Coordinate daily banking operations, review fees, monitor credit facilities, and execute fund transfers, FX transactions, and investment activities.
• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow statements, liquidity analyses, and funding reports; support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with country and banking regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage end‑to‑end import and export trade finance transactions, including letters of credit and documents for collection.
• Resolve trade transaction issues, maintain accurate documentation, and provide performance insights for process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, banking processes, and trade finance.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and managing banking relationships.
• Ability to prepare detailed treasury reports and support audit activities.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to treasury and trade finance.
