About the role
Express Dispatch Services is hiring a Truck Dispatcher to coordinate truckload freight and support dispatch operations in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate truck dispatching, load planning, and routing.
- Use load boards and negotiate with carriers.
- Match loads with equipment, routes, driver availability, and delivery windows.
- Communicate with brokers, drivers, and carrier clients.
- Handle rate confirmations, bills of lading, load details, and status updates accurately.
Required profile
- Experience coordinating truckload freight, dispatch operations, or transportation logistics.
- Working knowledge of load booking, rate negotiation, broker communication, and carrier requirements.
- Clear professional spoken and written English for calls, messages, and dispatch documentation.
- Ability to work under time pressure with strong attention to detail.
