UI/UX Designer

About the role

Hybrid Mediaworks is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join its Islamabad office. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user requirements into functional, attractive web and mobile interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields.
• Create UI mockups and interactive prototypes that demonstrate site functionality and appearance.
• Produce original graphic assets (images, sketches, tables) and present drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness, and adjust layouts based on user feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Familiarity with video editing and graphic design is a plus.
• Up‑to‑date proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills.
