UI/UX Designer – Web & Mobile (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Lahore. You will shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences for web and mobile applications, working closely with product, development and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly interfaces for iOS, Android and responsive web platforms.
• Lead the UX process from discovery to delivery, including research, journey mapping, IA, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business and technical constraints.
• Conduct usability tests, A/B tests and user interviews, and synthesize findings to improve product experiences.
• Build and maintain a scalable Design System with components, tokens and usage guidelines.
• Present design rationale through structured presentations, annotated specs and design reviews.
• Embed WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and inclusive design practices throughout the design lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, variants, prototyping, handoff).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour theory, iconography, motion and micro‑interactions.
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, A/B testing and heuristic evaluation.
• Ability to design fully responsive interfaces across multiple breakpoints.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
