Umrah Sales & Marketing Representative (Karachi)

About the role

Alwafa International Travel & Tours is looking for a motivated Umrah Sales and Marketing Representative to promote and sell Umrah travel packages across Pakistan. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the pilgrimage booking process and ensuring a professional representation of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through local outreach, referrals, digital channels and travel‑market networking.
• Explain Umrah packages, including airfare, accommodation, transportation, visa documentation and related services.
• Respond to inquiries, assess travel needs, prepare quotations and follow up on prospective bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, payment updates and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and visa‑processing teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Build relationships with individuals, families, groups and institutional clients while meeting sales targets.
• Stay updated on package availability, airline schedules, travel regulations and changing customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales or Umrah services.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu; additional local languages are a plus.
• Target‑oriented, organized and able to handle multiple customer cases under deadlines.
