Umrah Sales Staff

About the role

We are looking for an Umrah Sales Staff member to join our Karachi office and help customers plan their Umrah journeys. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about Umrah packages, travel dates, accommodation, transportation and documentation.
• Present package details clearly, prepare quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate sales records and booking documentation.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams and service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Provide timely updates to customers throughout the booking process and address any concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to understand travel requirements.
• Proven sales ability, disciplined lead follow‑up and negotiation confidence.
• Attention to detail when handling passenger information, travel dates and payments.
• Team player who can collaborate with operations and service partners.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Knowledge of Umrah visa procedures, airline, accommodation and ground‑transport arrangements is preferred.
