Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive

About the role

Craft Even is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder and Business Development Executive to work from our Islamabad office. This full‑time position involves managing our Upwork presence, acquiring new projects, and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Craft Even’s Upwork profile.
• Identify relevant Upwork opportunities and submit tailored proposals.
• Communicate with prospective clients, conduct discovery meetings, and coordinate scope and pricing with internal teams.
• Negotiate terms, close contracts, and ensure successful project hand‑over.
• Track bidding activity, pipeline status, and sales performance in regular reports.
• Meet monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue.
• Suggest improvements to bidding strategies and sales processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Freelance Sales Specialist.
• Proven record of winning Upwork projects for international clients (USA, UK, Canada).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Independent client‑meeting leadership and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales‑tracking tools.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and well‑organized.
• Preferred knowledge of graphic design, branding, and creative services.
