About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Upwork Bidder to drive lead generation and proposal submission for our web design and development agency. The ideal candidate will strategically identify relevant opportunities on Upwork, craft tailored proposals, and help convert leads into meetings and deals.

Key responsibilities

• Search Upwork for jobs related to web design, development, Shopify, UI/UX, CRO and other digital services.
• Filter out low‑quality or unrealistic postings and prioritize high‑fit opportunities.
• Write customized, persuasive proposals that highlight our agency’s value.
• Assess each job’s scope, budget, and client seriousness before bidding.
• Maintain accurate records of applied jobs and coordinate with internal teams when technical input is needed.
• Continuously refine proposal hooks and learn patterns from successful bids.

Required profile

• Proven experience bidding on Upwork for service‑based businesses or agencies.
• Strong written English with clear, professional communication.
• Ability to write tailored proposals rather than generic copy‑paste responses.
• Excellent judgment in evaluating lead quality and commercial fit.
• Consistent speed and quality in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
