About the role

Design Centric is seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder to expand its presence on the Upwork platform. You will be responsible for identifying suitable projects, crafting tailored proposals, and turning leads into long‑term collaborations for our creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily.
• Write customized, high‑quality proposals that match client requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships.
• Gather client needs and coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure accurate project scoping.
• Maintain the Upwork profile, monitor response rates, and track success metrics.
• Assist in pricing, timeline estimation, and project scoping.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar sales‑focused role.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of design, development, or digital services.
