About the role

The Upwork Bidder will work on‑site in Karachi, creating and submitting compelling proposals on the Upwork platform to win projects that align with Mac World Technology’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify suitable Upwork projects that match company capabilities.
• Draft persuasive proposals and bid on selected opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication with prospective clients throughout the bidding process.
• Track proposal status, analyse outcomes and continuously refine bidding strategies.
• Ensure all bids are consistent with the company’s goals and branding.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid research abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Experience with freelancing platforms or business development is a plus.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating persuasive proposals.
• In‑depth knowledge of Upwork bidding processes.
