About the role

Rankviz is looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder based in Johar Town, Lahore, working full-time on site. The role centres on lead generation, proposal writing and client acquisition through Upwork and other freelance platforms, including identifying business opportunities, securing projects and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimise and maintain Upwork and freelance marketplace profiles.
• Identify relevant project opportunities and submit high-converting proposals.
• Generate qualified leads and turn prospects into long-term clients.
• Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, scope and timelines to close deals.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams so client requirements match service delivery.
• Track sales performance and contribute to business growth strategies.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and freelance platform sales.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing projects.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Excellent proposal writing and business correspondence abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently; able to work in a team.
• Flexibility to coordinate with clients across US, UK and Australian time zones.

Preferred skills

• Experience selling digital services such as SEO, web development, PPC, content writing or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
• Understanding of freelance marketplace algorithms and bidding strategies.
