Upwork Bidder (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Upwork Bidder to help us consistently win projects on Upwork while also supporting project management, executive assistance, and business process automation. This is a full‑time night‑shift (US timezone) on‑site position based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant Upwork jobs daily and write customized, high‑converting proposals.
• Communicate with clients, handle follow‑ups, maintain a pipeline of leads and track bid success rates.
• Coordinate tasks with team members, track deadlines, update project boards and ensure smooth client communication.
• Manage executive assistance duties such as email handling, scheduling, documentation, research, and preparing reports or presentations.
• Set up and maintain workflows using automation tools like Zapier/Make, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp or Trello to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Upwork bidding or other freelancing platforms.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience in project coordination or executive assistance.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Basic technical understanding of web apps and tools.
