About the role
Codoro, an AI voice agent and automation agency, is seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder Specialist to craft personalized proposals and secure contracts for its lead engineer. You will act as the bridge between the engineer’s technical portfolio and the right clients on Upwork.
Key responsibilities
- Select suitable Upwork jobs daily based on a defined profile and criteria.
- Write one highly personalized proposal per job, referencing actual portfolio projects.
- Log every bid in a shared tracker before submission.
- Flag client replies immediately for internal handling.
- Run a pre‑send checklist on every proposal to ensure quality.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read job posts carefully.
- Experience writing tailored proposals that reflect real work.
- Comfort with tracking tools and following SOPs.
- Reliability in meeting daily logging and response expectations.
Required skills
- Familiarity with n8n workflows.
- Knowledge of GoHighLevel platform.
- Understanding of AI voice agents and LLM workflows.
- Full‑stack development concepts to accurately reference projects.

- Base salary of PKR 40,000 per month plus 7% commission on the first payment milestone of each closed contract.
