Urdu Language Teacher

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Urdu Language Teacher to deliver high‑quality instruction to non‑native speakers. The role involves designing and delivering lessons that cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing and conversation, using English as the medium of explanation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging Urdu lessons for beginner, intermediate and advanced learners.
• Explain Urdu linguistic concepts clearly in English.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to individual needs.
• Develop structured lesson materials and resources.
• Maintain a supportive learning environment for diverse student backgrounds.

Required profile

• Fluent in Urdu and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience teaching Urdu to non‑native speakers across multiple proficiency levels.
• Ability to create and adjust lesson plans to suit individual learners.
• Solid understanding of Urdu grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing and conversational skills.
