About the role
We are looking for a US‑based Call Communicator to handle outbound sales calls for US clients from our Lahore office. The role works 10 am‑7 pm aligned with US time zones and requires 2‑3 years of sales‑focused call‑center experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and active listening.
- Proven call‑center and sales abilities such as outbound calling, lead qualification, objection handling and closing sales opportunities.
- Customer service and relationship‑management capabilities, including empathy, problem‑solving and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage time effectively and consistently meet performance and quality targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or communications is a plus.
- Willingness to work aligned with US time zones and openness to continuous training.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience using call management software.
- Basic digital literacy and understanding of e‑commerce and digital services.
